Courtesy of my research agent and some research points I now have the titular noted bpo.
Specs of this passive armor hardener
25% EM Damage resistance (tech I provides 20%)
Low power slot (no cpu/power grid)
Skills required
Hull Upgrades 4
Mechanic 1
If you are interested in this bpo, please contact me and I'd be happy to provide the manufacturing, copying, researching ME & researching PE stats.
I might end up keeping this bpo with an eye to the long-view. Who knows what'll be required for techs 3, 4 & 5? However, if you or your corp see an immediate interest in this bpo and you'd like to work out a deal or buy it outright, I'm open to suggestions.

If anyone see's a market for this product it's entirely possible to partner up to produce these. Again, I don't do production so if someone DOES and has the SKILLS we can work something out.
Or someone could just buy it outright I guess. I dunno it's just sitting in my hangar atm :)

Hi folks.
I'm bumping this because I've decided to sell the blueprint outright. I will provide several hundred of the tech 2 components to the buyer at no additional charge beyond the cost of the blueprint, including delivery.
For the sake of the buyer, I'm not listing the components needed here. If you are interested in the blueprint I'd be happy to provide you the costs associated with manufacturing, copying, researching me and researching pe on the blueprint.
If you are interested please send me evemail stating so and your offer for the blueprint and components. I'll be contacting those that have already contacted me in the past - I haven't forgotten you :)

OK I'm going to make this easy.
I'm not going to be able to put much attention into EvE over the next few weeks. Instead of auctioning this off, I've placed it on escrow at Yulai X Ded Assembly Plant at 50M including several hundreds of the tech 2 components for manufacture.
I really wish I could dig into dealmaking but work/RL calls :/

Dammit another bug :/
When I looked at the escrow I only saw the tech 2 components, too. No BP in sight. I couldn't find the bp in my hangar either so I started to panic. I closed the escrow and low and behold the bp appears at the bottom of my hangar along with the tech 2 components. Grrr....

And you're right - I don't see the bp in the escrow either, but it's there. Perhaps escrow hasn't been updated to deal with the tech 2 blueprints? I dunno.
Naal I have to wait for the escrow to time out - I can't just close it. Meet me at Yulai X ded assembly plant in 12.5 hours from now - that's when the escrows expire. I'll just trade the items to you for the $$. Stupid bugs :/
dammit I didn't want to put this much effort into this :/
